Vineyard Weekend Buyout
5400 sq ft open-air event pavilion (Available 8am-11pm on Wedding Day)
Pavilion can be heated and has remote controlled, retractable, clearpanels allowing unobstructed views of the vineyard
Accommodates up to 200 people seated
Open-air deck with two-sided bar
Lounge area with seating areas overlooking dahlia garden and vineyard
Alternate ceremony site for inclement weather
Tables and chairs for up to 200 people at reception
Includes Rehearsal in meadow/apple orchard on the afternoon before event

The Wedding Venue Fee:
Peak Season: April through November: $15,950
Off Season: December through April: $13,950
(Food and Beverage is an additional Fee TBD based on your wants, needs and budget in mind)
$5000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your preferred date and current rates, with the balance due 120 days prior to your arrival.
You are welcome to submit a $500 good faith deposit prior to confirming to hold your preferred dates for 5 days pending a site visit and your decision. The good faith deposit will apply to your Venue Fee deposit.

The Vineyard Wine Cellar Micro Weddings
The Wine Cellar Package is available Sunday through Thursday and includes The Wine Cellar, Ceremony Site overlooking the Vineyard and Two Nights accommodations at The Farmhouse.
The Wine Cellar is a Intimate ceremony and reception site accommodating up to 20 guests.

The Farmhouse lodging is required
Two-Night minimum stay is required (additional nights can be added)
Pets welcome for an additional $100 pet fee
Holidays: 3-Night stay is required (Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day) 4-Night minimum stay over Thanksgiving
A 50% non-refundable rental deposit is required 180 days prior to arrival with the balance required 30 days prior to arrival. Your invited guests are welcome to pay The Vineyard directly for their own accommodations and any portion of your reservation through our secure reservation system. Inquire for details.
