The Vineyard at High Holly

Vineyard Weekend Buyout

  • 5400 sq ft open-air event pavilion (Available 8am-11pm on Wedding Day)

  • Pavilion can be heated and has remote controlled, retractable, clearpanels allowing unobstructed views of the vineyard

  • Accommodates up to 200 people seated

  • Open-air deck with two-sided bar

  • Lounge area with seating areas overlooking dahlia garden and vineyard

  • Alternate ceremony site for inclement weather

  • Tables and chairs for up to 200 people at reception

  • Includes Rehearsal in meadow/apple orchard on the afternoon before event

  • Includes use of Wine Cellar and/or Community Area for Rehearsal Dinner

  • Transportation of bride and escort to Pavilion for ceremony

  • Includes Setup and breakdown of Vineyard items at pavilion and ceremony site

  • Our in-house Chef will help you customize a Menu and Bar needs to fit your desired budget

The Wedding Venue Fee:

Peak Season: April through November: $14,950

Off Season: December through April: $12,950

(Food and Beverage is an additional Fee TBD based on your wants, needs, and budget in mind)

$5000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your preferred date and current rates, with the balance due 120 days before your arrival.

You are welcome to submit a $500 good faith deposit before confirming to hold your preferred dates for 5 days pending a site visit and your decision. The good faith deposit will apply to your Venue Fee deposit.

Estate Lodging Fee: $8,725

The Estate Lodging Fees will be passed along to your guests

The Vineyard Wine Cellar Micro Weddings

The Wine Cellar Package is available Sunday through Thursday and includes The Wine Cellar, Ceremony Site overlooking the Vineyard and Two Nights accommodations at The Farmhouse.

The Wine Cellar is a Intimate ceremony and reception site accommodating up to 20 guests.

  • Outdoor ceremony site overlooking the Vineyard

  • Outdoor fire pit area

  • Tables and chairs for up to 20 people at reception

  • Includes Setup and breakdown of ceremony and reception sites

  • Access to Wine Cellar at 9AM day of event for vendors

  • $2,500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your preferred date and current rates, with the balance due 90 days prior to your arrival.

The Micro Wedding Venue Fee:

Peak Season: April through November: $4,500

Off Season: December through April: $3,500

(Food and Beverage is an additional Fee TBD based on your wants, needs and budget in mind

The Wine Cellar Wedding Package includes The Farmhouse.

  • The Farmhouse lodging is required

  • Two-Night minimum stay is required (additional nights can be added)

  • Pets welcome for an additional $100 pet fee

  • Holidays: 3-Night stay is required (Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day) 4-Night minimum stay over Thanksgiving

A 50% non-refundable rental deposit is required 180 days prior to arrival with the balance required 30 days prior to arrival. Your invited guests are welcome to pay The Vineyard directly for their own accommodations and any portion of your reservation through our secure reservation system. Inquire for details.
